TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the contract or travel voucher concluded between Unique Transfers (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) for the purchase of travel packages and services.


2. BOOKING & CONTRACTING
Clients may book travel services directly at our office or via telephone, fax, or email. By signing a contract, voucher, or booking form, or by providing credit card details (whether for online or offline payment), the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions after careful review.

A deposit of 30% of the package price per person is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified in the tour program. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 21 days before the travel start date, except where alternative payment terms apply.


3. CONFIRMATIONS & PAYMENTS
All bookings made via our website will be confirmed within 24 hours, and in most cases, immediately. Once confirmed in writing, all services are guaranteed. Payment is required prior to service delivery and must be made by credit card. All prices are final and quoted in EUR. Payment may be made in EUR or USD. Prices include applicable VAT.

Foreign Currency Pricing
All transactions are processed in EUR. If payments are made in a different currency, conversions are based on the Croatian National Bank’s exchange rate. Minor variations in final amounts may occur due to exchange rate differences applied by credit card providers.

4. ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY
Payments are processed via Regiondo and Stripe, secure online payment platforms. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. SSL encryption ensures the protection and confidentiality of client information. Credit card data is not stored by Unique Transfers and is inaccessible to unauthorized personnel.

All charges are processed in EUR. Any discrepancies resulting from currency conversion are the responsibility of the credit card provider.


5. PACKAGE PRICE & INCLUSIONS
Unless otherwise indicated in the tour program, the package price includes:

  • Transportation
  • Accommodation and meals
  • Travel services as outlined in the package

Prices may also include airport fees and professional guide services when specified.

The following are not included unless explicitly stated:

  • Optional excursions and entrance tickets
  • Visa procurement costs
  • Special services (e.g., single room, special diets)

Such additional services must be requested at the time of booking and paid directly to the provider during the tour if arranged later.


6. PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Unique Transfers reserves the right to adjust prices due to:

  • Currency exchange fluctuations
  • Changes in transport costs (e.g., fuel surcharges)
  • Altered accommodation or carrier fees

No price increase will be applied within seven (7) days of departure, except under exceptional circumstances. Should the price increase exceed 10%, the Client may cancel the booking within 48 hours of receiving notification, without penalty. A failure to cancel within the stated period implies acceptance of the price adjustment.

Published prices are based on contractual rates with suppliers and may differ from prices available at the destination.


7. CHILD DISCOUNTS & OTHER BENEFITS
Discounts for children and other benefits are specified within the respective tour descriptions.


8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Clients will receive all necessary travel documents at least five (5) days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.

Depending on the type of package, documents may include:

  • Vouchers
  • Itineraries
  • Airline tickets (if applicable)

9. ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS & ALLOCATION
Accommodation is categorized per local regulations. Standards may vary by country and are not always directly comparable. Allocation is managed by each accommodation provider’s reception. Specific room preferences must be requested at booking and cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in is generally from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance. Pets are permitted only where allowed and subject to a surcharge.


10. RESERVATIONS ON REQUEST & AMENDMENTS
A €80 service fee applies to bookings made on request (i.e., when availability is not guaranteed at the time of inquiry). If confirmed and accepted, this fee is applied to the total package cost. If not confirmed, the fee is fully refunded. Rejection of a confirmed request booking forfeits the fee.


11. CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following fees apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total package price (minimum €100)
  • 29 to 22 days before: 25%
  • 21 to 15 days before: 40%
  • 14 to 8 days before: 80%
  • 7 to 0 days before and no-show: 100%

These charges also apply to major booking changes. The cost of visas or other travel documentation is non-refundable. No refunds are issued due to weather-related cancellations.


12. CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Clients may purchase cancellation insurance at the time of booking only. The premium is calculated based on the total tour cost. Valid reasons for cancellation include:

  • Serious illness or death (client or close family)
  • Declared natural disasters
  • Military service

The insurance premium is non-refundable. If not purchased and cancellation occurs, standard cancellation terms apply.


13. OTHER TRAVEL INSURANCES
Tour prices do not include accident, health, baggage loss, or voluntary travel insurance. These can be arranged directly with an insurer or via Unique Transfers, which acts solely as an intermediary. Clients are advised to review all insurance terms prior to purchase.


14. CANCELLATION OR PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS BY UNIQUE TRANSFERS
Unique Transfers may cancel a tour up to five (5) days prior if the minimum required number of participants is not met. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

The Company may alter itineraries due to force majeure, changes in flight schedules, weather conditions, or safety concerns. Such changes do not entitle the Client to compensation.


15. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES – TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & REGULATIONS
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents. Costs arising from lost, expired, or invalid documentation are the responsibility of the Client. Unique Transfers assumes no liability for denied entry or related consequences.

Clients must comply with all customs, foreign exchange, health, and travel regulations of countries visited.


16. BAGGAGE
Airline baggage allowances apply. Excess baggage fees are borne by the Client. In bus transport, each passenger may bring two (2) personal luggage items. Clients are responsible for their belongings throughout the journey.


17. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
All complaints must be submitted in writing no later than seven (7) days after the conclusion of the tour. A certificate of deficiency should be obtained on-site as proof of any issue.

Unique Transfers will respond to complaints within 14 days, with the possibility of extending this period by an additional 14 days if necessary. During this time, Clients waive the right to involve third parties, media, or legal proceedings. Compensation is limited to the value of the affected service(s) and excludes services already consumed.

Clients who booked under the “Fortuna System” waive all rights to complaint.


18. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS
Unique Transfers commits to delivering all services as described and contracted, barring force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, appropriate alternatives will be offered. The Company accepts no liability beyond what is stated in these Terms and Conditions.


19. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Clients must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and accommodation rules, and cooperate with representatives of Unique Transfers. They are liable for any damage caused by their actions and must settle any claims directly with affected parties.


20. INSOLVENCY PROTECTION
In the event of insolvency or bankruptcy, affected Clients should promptly contact the guarantor listed on the travel certificate or related documentation.


21. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by the Client is used exclusively for the fulfillment of contracted services and future communication. Data is stored securely and shared only with third parties as necessary (e.g., insurers). Clients consent to the use of their data for marketing purposes by Unique Transfers unless stated otherwise.


22. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.


FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the travel contract. Any exceptions must be explicitly stated within the respective travel program. Signing the contract implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All prior versions are hereby rendered null and void.

 

OPĆI UVJETI POSLOVANJA

1. OPĆE ODREDBE
Ovi Opći uvjeti poslovanja čine sastavni dio ugovora ili putne potvrde (vouchera) sklopljenih između Unique Transfers (u daljnjem tekstu: „Agencija“) i korisnika usluga (u daljnjem tekstu: „Klijent“) za kupnju turističkih aranžmana i putničkih usluga.


2. REZERVACIJA I SKLAPANJE UGOVORA
Klijent može rezervirati putovanje organizirano od strane Unique Transfers u uredu, telefonom, faksom ili putem e-maila. Potpisivanjem ugovora, potvrde rezervacije ili davanjem podataka o kreditnoj kartici (bilo online ili offline), Klijent u cijelosti prihvaća ove Opće uvjete nakon pažljivog pregleda.

Prilikom rezervacije potrebno je uplatiti predujam u iznosu od 30% ukupne cijene aranžmana po osobi, osim ako nije drugačije navedeno u programu. Ostatak iznosa mora biti uplaćen najkasnije 21 dan prije polaska, osim ako nije drugačije dogovoreno.


3. POTVRDA I PLAĆANJE
Rezervacije putem web stranice potvrđuju se u roku od 24 sata, najčešće odmah. Nakon pisane potvrde, usluge su zajamčene. Uplata se vrši unaprijed kreditnom karticom. Sve cijene su izražene u eurima (EUR) i uključuju PDV. Plaćanje je moguće i u američkim dolarima (USD).

Plaćanje u stranoj valuti
Svi iznosi naplaćuju se u EUR. Ako se plaćanje vrši u drugoj valuti, iznos se preračunava po srednjem tečaju Hrvatske narodne banke. Moguće su manje razlike u iznosima zbog tečajeva kartičnih kuća.

4. SIGURNOST ONLINE PLAĆANJA
Plaćanja se obrađuju putem sigurnih platformi Regiondo i Stripe, koji su PCI DSS razine 1. SSL enkripcija jamči povjerljivost podataka. Podaci kreditnih kartica se ne pohranjuju i nisu dostupni neovlaštenim osobama.

Sva plaćanja vrše se u EUR. Moguća su manja odstupanja zbog valutne konverzije prema tečajevima kartičnih kuća.


5. CIJENA I UKLJUČENE USLUGE
Ako nije drukčije navedeno u programu, cijena aranžmana uključuje:

  • Prijevoz

  • Smještaj i prehranu

  • Usluge prema programu

Cijena može uključivati i pristojbe zračnih luka i usluge vodiča, ako je tako navedeno.

Nisu uključeni (osim ako nije drukčije dogovoreno):

  • Fakultativni izleti i ulaznice

  • Troškovi ishođenja viza

  • Posebne usluge (npr. jednokrevetna soba, posebna prehrana)

Dodatne usluge moraju biti zatražene prilikom rezervacije i nadoplaćuju se prema važećem cjeniku.


6. PRAVO NA PROMJENU CIJENE I OTKAZIVANJE ZBOG PROMJENE CIJENE
Unique Transfers zadržava pravo na korekciju cijena u slučaju:

  • Promjene tečaja

  • Promjene troškova prijevoza (gorivo, cestarina…)

  • Promjene cijena smještaja ili usluga partnera

U posljednjih 7 dana prije polaska cijena se ne može povećati, osim u iznimnim slučajevima. Ako povećanje premašuje 10 %, Klijent ima pravo na besplatan otkaz unutar 48 sati od obavijesti. Ako ne otkaže, smatra se da prihvaća novu cijenu.


7. POPUSTI ZA DJECU I OSTALI BENEFITI
Popusti i pogodnosti za djecu navedeni su u pojedinačnim opisima programa.


8. PUTNA DOKUMENTACIJA
Putna dokumentacija isporučuje se najkasnije 5 dana prije polaska, osim ako nije drugačije navedeno.
Ovisno o vrsti putovanja:

  • Vlastiti prijevoz: originalni voucher i obavijesti

  • Autobus: voucher + program

  • Avion: voucher, program i zrakoplovna karta


9. KATEGORIZACIJA I SMJEŠTAJ
Smještaj je opisan prema službenoj kategorizaciji zemlje. Standardi se razlikuju i nisu uvijek usporedivi. Raspodjelu soba obavlja recepcija, a posebni zahtjevi (npr. položaj sobe) razmatraju se, ali nisu zajamčeni.

Check-in: od 16:00 sati | Check-out: do 10:00 sati
Dolazak nakon 20:00 mora biti unaprijed najavljen. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni samo uz prethodnu najavu i uz nadoplatu.


10. REZERVACIJE NA UPIT I PROMJENE
Za rezervacije “na upit” naplaćuje se naknada od 80 EUR. U slučaju potvrde i prihvaćanja, iznos se uračunava u cijenu. Ako se ne potvrdi – vraća se u cijelosti. Odbijanjem potvrđene rezervacije, iznos se zadržava.


11. POLITIKA OTKAZIVANJA OD STRANE KLIJENTA
U slučaju otkazivanja, naplaćuju se sljedeći troškovi:

  • 30+ dana prije polaska: 10 % (min. 100 EUR)

  • 29–22 dana: 25 %

  • 21–15 dana: 40 %

  • 14–8 dana: 80 %

  • 7–0 dana ili nedolazak: 100 %

Vrijede i za promjene datuma, smještaja ili drugih ključnih elemenata. Troškovi viza nisu povratni. Loše vrijeme nije opravdan razlog za povrat.


12. OSIGURANJE OD OTKAZA PUTOVANJA
Može se ugovoriti isključivo prilikom rezervacije. Pokriva:

  • Težu bolest ili smrt (klijenta ili bliskih članova obitelji)

  • Prirodne nepogode (službeno proglašene)

  • Poziv na vojnu obvezu

Premija se ne vraća. Ako osiguranje nije ugovoreno, primjenjuju se uvjeti iz točke 11.


13. DRUGA OSIGURANJA
Cijene ne uključuju osiguranje od nesreće, bolesti, gubitka prtljage ni putno zdravstveno osiguranje. Mogu se ugovoriti samostalno ili posredstvom Unique Transfers, koji u tom slučaju nastupa kao posrednik.


14. OTKAZ ILI PROMJENA OD STRANE UNIQUE TRANSFERS
U slučaju nedovoljnog broja putnika, Unique Transfers može otkazati putovanje najkasnije 5 dana prije početka. Klijentu se vraća puni iznos bez dodatnih naknada.

Agencija može izmijeniti program zbog više sile, promjene letova, vremenskih uvjeta ili sigurnosnih razloga bez obveze naknade štete.


15. PUTNA DOKUMENTACIJA I ODGOVORNOST KLIJENTA
Klijent mora imati valjane osobne dokumente. Posljedice zbog nevažećih dokumenata snosi Klijent. Troškove izdavanja novih dokumenata snosi Klijent. U slučaju potrebe, vodič će pomoći u postupku.

Za vize, Agencija može pomoći uz nadoplatu. Ne odgovara za odbijanja ulaska od strane državnih tijela.


16. DEVIZNI, ZDRAVSTVENI I CARINSKI PROPISI
Klijent mora poštivati sve propise RH i zemalja tranzita/odredišta. Kršenje propisa i posljedice snosi sam Klijent.

Za neka odredišta potrebna su cijepljenja. Klijent mora imati odgovarajuću dokumentaciju.


17. PRTLJAGA
Zračni prijevoz uključuje prtljagu prema uvjetima prijevoznika. Višak se dodatno naplaćuje. U autobusnom prijevozu dopuštene su dvije osobne torbe. Klijent sam odgovara za svoju imovinu.


18. PRITUŽBE
Pritužbe se podnose isključivo pismeno, najkasnije 7 dana nakon povratka. Treba priložiti potvrdu o nepruženoj usluzi.

Agencija odgovara u roku od 14 dana, s mogućim produljenjem od još 14 dana. Tijekom tog razdoblja Klijent se odriče prava na treće strane (sud, mediji, UHPA). Naknada ne može prelaziti vrijednost usluge na koju se odnosi.

Kod “Fortuna System” aranžmana pritužbe nisu moguće.


19. OBVEZE UNIQUE TRANSFERS
Agencija se obvezuje na realizaciju ugovorenih usluga u skladu s dobrim poslovnim običajima i pravilima struke. U slučaju nemogućnosti izvršenja, ponudit će se zamjensko rješenje.


20. OBVEZE KLIJENTA
Klijent je dužan poštivati sve zakone i pravila smještajnih objekata te surađivati s predstavnicima Agencije. Odgovoran je za svu štetu koju uzrokuje te ju mora odmah nadoknaditi.


21. JAMSTVO U SLUČAJU INSOLVENTNOSTI
U slučaju stečaja ili nesolventnosti Agencije, Klijent se treba javiti osiguravatelju navedenom u ugovoru ili putnoj dokumentaciji.


22. ZAŠTITA OSOBNIH PODATAKA
Podaci se prikupljaju isključivo za potrebe realizacije ugovorene usluge i daljnju komunikaciju. Podaci se čuvaju u skladu s važećim zakonima i mogu se proslijediti trećim stranama samo kada je to nužno (npr. osiguravateljima).

Klijent pristaje na korištenje svojih podataka u marketinške svrhe Agencije, osim ako izričito ne zatraži drukčije.


23. ZAVRŠNE ODREDBE
Ovi uvjeti čine sastavni dio ugovora između Klijenta i Unique Transfers. Sva odstupanja moraju biti jasno navedena u programu. Potpisom ugovora Klijent potvrđuje suglasnost s navedenim uvjetima.

Ovi Opći uvjeti zamjenjuju sve prethodne verzije.
